Everything you need to know to get started
Do I need to buy the charger?
No. In the space lease models, ZoeCharge invests in the equipment. You can also split the investment or add your own station.
Who pays for the energy?
It depends on the model. In the space lease, with or without revenue sharing, ZoeCharge pays. In the shared investment, both pay, in proportion to the investment. When you add your own station, the station owner pays.
Who sets the tariff?
Each partner sets their own, right on the platform: price per kWh, connection fee, idle fee and discounts.
Does my team need to operate the charging sessions?
No. The driver starts, follows and pays for the session in the app by scanning the charger's QR Code.
What electrical capacity do I need?
It depends on the charger and the expected use. Our team assesses the installation and recommends the right setup.
How much does it cost to install a point?
It varies with the equipment, power, cabling and construction work required. After the assessment, we send you a proposal.
I already have a charger. Can I add it to ZoeCharge?
Yes. OCPP 1.6 compatible chargers can be connected to the network through the add-your-station model.
